Stuck in Fastboot ( PLEASE HELP! )

Hello Everyone, My Xiaomi Mi10t Pro got stucked in fastboot and cant enter twrp or miui recovery. Theres bootloops into fastboot. Tried with Mi Flash but 'sparsecrcerror' came up. I need help asap.
