Battery is good, no drain, ram only drain

I have redmi note 10 with miui 13.0.3 eu but the ram usage is rediculous , the device is almost not running anything and shows less free ram and it craches more than usual when it launches apps. In the best case it's 1.4GB of 4GB And Where is the extra RAM? I don't see any benefit from it...

Apps can't access to my location, Google map, weather or any other app. Rom 13.0.3 Device Redmi Note 10 Is anyone have same problem ?
