I checked it with Mi 11 Pro and there is the same behavior. In AOD the 120 Hz is active and doesn't switch to 60Hz for example. Used the Refresh rate display setting in developer settings.

That was the same in my first try with fastboot installation. I was assuming it was finished, but in the second try, I detected that it needs much more time to install completely.

I got the same problem with fotmob notifications and also with blue mail client app. If I try to use an individual mp3 file on local storage as notification sound, it is selected but the notifications appears without this sound. Only possible with MIUI standard ringtone/notification sounds...
