So, you're saying that download from Mega works with dutch language? That would be great. Still need Hermes version though.

So... Installed older rom, set system language to english and tried to install latest rom again. Guess what? It works! Will be using english version until dutch version is fixed. Let's hope I don't encounter any other problems (except horrible new notification/status bar).

Isn't that solved by granting permission to autostart WhatsApp (via Security settings).

Hope there'll be a solution. Tried several times and getting bootloop every single time. Trying to go back to 6.5.19 (better battery life) and set the system language to english in stead of dutch. Will try again after that. Hope that will work. Otherwise I'm gonna smash my phone.

So I downloaded 6.2.25. It's working, as always on my Redmi Note 2. The thing is, now I have some weird clock and chinese(?) search bar on the dropdown notification menu. Does anyone know how to get rid of it?
