    On my Mix3 the menu button is not working properly, the last/recently used apps don't appear. Everything else works fine. Great work.

    Hi, Since the 2 last updates I have on my MiMix3 a 2-4 seconds delay after unlocking it. I can't do anything at the first seconds. Has anybody else this behaviour? What could it be? Thanks

    This should work: https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-mix-3/development/recovery-unofficial-twrp-recovery-t3901261 But be careful, I had a recovery mode bootloop - don´t use "fastboot boot twrp.img" just "fastboot reboot" and than use Volume Up to enter recovery mode

    So, i´ve installed this TWRP and now I´m in a recovery mode bootloop - I can install the rom, but it boots only in recovery mode. Is there any solution for this? Thanks
