OK I found a way to fix it, following the next steps: - Installed xiaomi eu rom 9.1.17 (which was the last version with working mobile data for me) - Configured APN normally, so far everything works - Download build 9.3.1 and installed it without wiping After doing this, mobile data works...

Im using the latest 9.3.1 eu rom Mobile data isn't working , already tried changing the APN, mobile data works only on build 9.1.17

I just installed the new version and mobile data seems to be working fine now

Just did a clean install of the 9.1.17 rom

Same problem with MI 8 Lite on latest build, rolling back to 19.1.17 fixed it
