I've got a problem regarding MIUI Optimization, If this is turned on I cant download any apps on Play Store. If I turned it off I feel a bit of lag but can download on Play Store, any thoughts?

I have a problem with using search on status bar, always force closed. any fix for this? and play store can't download without wifi and theme store isnt english and cant buy themes using mi credit
