You should change the word REDMI to MEDIATEK, others redmi device always get fast update but not redmi with mediatek.

I never had battery drain problem cause I'm using 4G data all the time, in 1 night loss about 3%-4% only with wifi and data on. I suggest you try flash the deep sleep fix.

I got better SOT, be able to get 5-6 hours, with same use. Give it a try.
