    yea, I tried to roll back to previous ver, which is 8.8.9, and everything went back to normal, tried 8.8.16 again, still had that problems with those same apps, so need to stick with 8.8.9 for now.

    also same with me, I have "duplicate apps" for some system apps (even with bluetooth pairing and system UI), my device is Mi Max
