This bug is confirmed also on ido and gemini (all latest stables). But thanks to @dimasusl we have a working fix: If 'Use GSM alphabet' is disabled, one needs just to enable and then disable it. After this messages are sent with right encoding. Routine that worked for me both on ido and...
