Try to remove your Sim Card - Reboot and then you will be able to see keyboard and enter WiFi Password. Region is hardcoded to PL in all xiaomi.eu ROMs.

Your Bootloader seems to be locked again. Try to unlock it and you will be able to boot in MIUI.

If you can't be able to flash any older ROM version, then sadly you must proceed on Format Data through TWRP recovery. After this you will be able to flash any older Version you like, but you will loose any Data you stored on your device (Internal Storage), and you must setup your device from start.

We didn't published any fixed version yet for Mi-4S recovery. :)

Just a Reminder... You can use and test those recoveries ONLY after you flashed at latest 7.2.9 ROM (Nougat). Can't be used on earlier versions ... In case any of those recoveries not working for you we will update them with new ones (fixed).

Try to enter in Recovery from Miui Updater app (Reboot in Recovery Mode). When you press the Power & Volume UP button, when the Mi Logo apears you must release to Power Button without release the Volume Up Button. If you keep pressing for Long Time the Power & Volume UP buttons together, maybe...

Sorry for my mistake. You can enter to fastboot mode by keep pressing at Power & Volume DOWN Button. (Not Volume UP as noted before). The guide corrected.

The recovery must be updated after you flashed in new Android 7 ROM. If you flash it before the upgrade to nougat then it not Work. You just download the related recovery for your device Enter to FastBoot mode by pressing Power & Volume DOWN button Flash the recovery using command fastboot...
