I have the exact same problem. I'm running global mi ui 8. I bought mi5 pro in April 2016. Screen is off but i can fastboot, my computer succeed in installing flashing roms but the screen is always black. Before the screen was flashing with mi logo and fastboot then it never did again. haptic...
