    Yes and i solved my problem.. I unzipped the twrp file, flashed the twrp.img by Flashify and then reboot and now i have twrp and i'm installing the update.. Thank you for your advices and your support!

    But i have a Mi Note Pro and the TWRP recovery it's not an .img file but a .zip file.. And to tell you the truth i didn't understand well how to do that, it's too difficult :-(
