No Root, It worked right after flashing the ROM, I don't have any Root. All my Banking Apps Work fine. I'm Still using it currently.

I had same problem, The Only solution was to use a different ROM, I am using crDroid ROM at the moment, If there is a fix for Xiaomi.eu ROMS then I will change it back. In crDroid, I can confirm even the modded WhatsApp works. I tried all of them before the official one, and they all work...

The same thing happened to me too, Apparently, WhatsApp now detects Unlocked Bootloaders so there's nothing much to do, I had to change ROM for now until there's a fix. I luv Xiaomi.eu Rom so much that its a pain to switch Rom but its working for me now so I'm hoping the next updates will fix...

I Use the same Device on Hyper OS but i would say i haven't had any of those problems listed so far, I've been using for months now & its a Great ROM. Maybe you should re-flash or wait for the next Update. Kudos
