Is there an easy explanation as to what goes wrong when the same TWRP package can upgrade OK sometimes and then corrupt storage on others?

Update: started over by using MiFlash to restore stock ROM, then back to Xiaomi.eu, and apps installing now.

I'm having this problem. Same phone, just upgraded OTA to MIUI 14.0.1.0.TKFMIXM. I have latest TWRP (3.7.0_12-0), and tried clearing cache, force stop etc. Have reflashed twrp and reinstalled ROM but no change. Some apps have updated OK (e.g Google Chrome), just two that won't. I ran a logcat...

I'm getting this too, though not always and (as above) you have to be quick to respond before the notification fades. I thought at first maybe bcause of no GPS but I get it when outside in clear view of skies. Not sure if it means anything but it is annoying!
