Which device's global stable ROM do you take it from?

@Soebianto, can we somehow have the new notifications shade on global stable MIUI 9 ROM?

Is there no way to have the new notification shade on the latest global stable 9.2.1.0? I can't stand the ****** notification on global stable thats why I am using dev ROM but they are so buggy (eg. on 8.2.1, weather app keeps crashing).

I'm a bit confused here. Which version of the official ROM has it been ported from? I have official global stable miui V9.2.1.0.NCFMIEK (Redmi Note 4 Snapdragon) but it still has the old notification system.

Memory management. You can disable its function in settings-additional settings-developer options ... Turn off memory optimization to turn of miui ram manager and leave it to android to manage ram itself. Sent from my Redmi Note 4 using Tapatalk
