When i delete app from home screen menu it wont delete it. Hold it and drag it to main screen to delete it in top pop up menu. Why it is dont work?

first, you need to make ext4, f2fs not work with miui i just wiped all partitions with system and install xiaomi eu build. all work fine

I have backup with original global stable miui 8.0.6.0, with officially unlocked bootloader. After i flashed with miflash original miui 8.1.6.0(android 6) - my bootloader automatically locked. So, if i restore my backup with android 5 and opened boot, and install xiaomi.eu rom, my bootloader...
