34 views and no replies. Baaaaaah guess I'll probably restore it tomorrow if no replies. I was thinking about being able to use root explorer and navigate to somewhere where the guard mode settings are stored and turn them off? Some config file somewhere, anyone know where this could be?

I'm an idiot. Long story short: Cannot for the life of me remember my guard mode pattern to unlock my phone. Anyway to get round this? I don't really want to have to re-flash my phone and the only backups I have are quite old. Any ideas? Thanks for your time.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, I'm a new MIUI user and not really sure about adding mods. (Just been converted from cyanogen). Just to clarify: I have MIUI 2.1.13 for SGS2 and when looking for the right file in the folder linked in the original thread...
