No such issues (APEX fixed, bluetooth OK) for me on 14.0.23.9.18 DEV on my Xiaomi 13. I use it for 10 days and not encountered a single issue. But maybe I was lucky...

You does not need root, you only need trwp recovery. Reread the thread...

I've updated to 23.9.18 DEV (fuxi) and all is fine now, even with the latest play services update :) Ready to wait for HyperOS/A14...
