He means that you have to turn off mobile and WiFi network. Just tried it and it works but as soon as you turn them on again it goes back to crashing again. At least there's a way ;)- okoshi

Same here. Joyeuse with 11.0.4 and Themes app keeps crashing if I try to change any tone or when I try to check any custom content- okoshi
