I have a Widevine problem on my Mi 10t. I am watching a series on Netflix and after 1 hour I have an error message it causes a restart and a reset of the Netflix password. I lose my offline programs. I have to restart the phone and erase the Netflix data to recover. But this is not a problem...

In the first time, I Tried to do this process by the file manager of the TWRP. And the same happened, no such folder. But I installed the 21.1.6, used the same process that @imkoma did ("I did it in Root Explorer with Magisk 21.2.") and then I fix it.

Yes, but for some like me, WiFi just doesn't turn on. We did all: dirty flash, clean flash etc etc and nothing. @kvakinator believes that Mi 9 have two versions of WiFi adapter.

in our case, Mi 9 don't turn the wifi on. It's not a problem with our router, Mi9 can't find any network.

This is sad, man. Im going back to v. 20.12.9 too... I'm using the TWRP 3.5 version.
