Have have looked around in all the settings I can think of. Have any suggestions?

When I'm listening to music and want to change the volume by pressing the volume buttons, the alarm volume changes instead. To change the music volume, I have to choose the slider on the screen, which is rather annoying. Also, I can't control the sound by using the control button on my head...
