my phone doesn't boot up properly after the weekly update. how could I reflash it without deleting userdata? it is a stock phone, locked.

it's a stock firmware without root. totally stock. I just applied the weekly update.

Hello All, Anyone could please help me how could I backup my photos and get my phone back to working state? fastboot and recovery are reachable. One of the problems is the recovery is chinese and I don't find any translation for it. Thank you for all of your suggestions.
