Hello! With last update of Google Search i got a black icon with no name related, separated from the normal Vocal Search the app creates. Clicking on it nothing happens. Trying to uninstall it removes Google Search, just for confirm. I've attached a shot. Does it happen to you?

Since you've just said there's a Snooze button it's hard to believe "there's no such option". Use that.

Have you tried to push the Snooze button? Its function seems somewhat like a Dismiss one. Wrong translation or wrong implementation?

It seems legit to me, you could have misunderstood that limit. It means the percentage of consumed data OVER which you get an alarm. It's not the percentage of data still available under which that alarm comes.

Try to re-flash through last fastboot (your choice if stable or dev) as described here http://en.miui.com/thread-22454-1-1.html This should restore all components and structure, including original recovery. After that you can reflash last dev version in the classic way. Anyway it seems genuine...
