You can setup as a new phone without restore from anyother device.

It is want your google password or the last pin you used on lockscreen because you want to restore a backup from an other device. I think thats happened with me too. Your welcome

I think i cant control the phone in fastboot mode. i have another tool from a Hungarian forum which can test the phone and bootloader if its open or closed and cant get ifromation from my phone. meh. what shall i do?

yeah. it said twice its alreadyunlocked but failed at verify. now i tried to unlock and the screen went black at the corners the phone wrote pressy anykey to continue. .
