No. MiPad 4 only meets the L3 level requirements, as you can see on the print posted before. For Netflix, you need L1 level support. For your provider, probably you need the same level.... Honestly, i don't think you need a new tablet.. What you need is to change to another provider...

Since the version 8.7.26, all the versions are a little laggy, and with some pronounced battery drain, on my MI5 Reverting back to 8.7.26, solves the problem.
