    at least i can get it to flash now. ive flashed miui global 10.3.5..0 stable im downloading xiaomi.eu_multi_mi8_9.10.31__v11 but its taking for ages and will try to flash tomorrow but thanks for help Karpfenhal

    Karpfenhai ,interesting reading.but when i download magisk to my phone. and try to find it within twrp the files have encrypted names so i can not find the correct one

    Karpfenhai, thanks for reply ive now got to stage MIUI EU 1. Wipe system, data, dalvik, cache 2. Install ROM (custom) 3. Remove the encryption, you can navigate to factory data reset, and type YES, i have done this already..im new to this obviously and want to warn..i have spent 9 hours today...
