I am waiting for that rom because Miui 9 just eats my battery too much...So I will stay on Xiaomi EU Miui 8 stable rom untill stable Miui 9 comes out..

I am using Lineage OS, so my phone have android 7 firmware on it, if that is something you need to know...My question is how to install weekly rom, just to wipe everything (before that to backup data) and flash Miui 9 rom?

I am using LOS rom, so question is, can I just flash Xiaomi.eu Miui 9 weekly thru TWRP on my Mi5s?

Only Lineage OS without Gapps have better battery management than this rom:

Swype left from lock screen, to phone app does not work...there is only default wallpaper...Redmi Note 3g...
