Doesn't work, it just shows allowing untill the connection times out. Tried it on both my simcards.

Still can't enable install via usb under developer options. Is there any way to enable this without the Xiaomi servers needing to approve this? I really need this to work. Otherwise it seems my only option is to switch to lineageOS and I don't want to do that.

I tried everything i could find. Turning everyting on and off under permissions and miui optimizations but nothing works.

Can some one verify that the issue with enabling "install via usb" is not related to this build before I reinstall my device? I suspect it being an with Xiaomi servers.

I attached Fiddler to my phone and found out that when I try to enable the setting it tries to connect to a miui server Why does it need to connect to a remote server for this?

I can't enable Install via USB anymore under developer options. When I toggle it, it pops up an allowing message in the bottom for a few seconds and then it is toggled off. Same for the usb debugging(security settings) option below it (with the anyong 3 popups that require 5 seconds eacht...
