MIUI 12 mail notifications does not appear

Hello, I have same problem, but not with one app, but much more and also after the latest MIUI update! For example, Whatsapp and Outlook works fine, however Messenger, Google calendar, google task do not show notifications unless I open them by myself! Xiaomi, please remove this bug!!
