    Check the permissions for Google SMS, for some reason on china based roms its not allowing reading the sms sending etc.

    Just asking because i'm curious how to make a xiaomi.eu customized rom from scratch (stock global/china) and add the xiaomi.eu things. Is the way to do it published?
