Really disappointing about the dropped support. 2 years for the Note 4 isn't that long as one of the advantages of xiaomi is the long support for miui updates. Also the Note 3 was only just dropped and that's a year older.

Looks like my phone wiped out all my SMS history overnight, 10+ years worth gone, got to figure how to recover them now. Also having Chrome tabs crashing on my Note 4 Global. Battery seems ok.

Bump, I'm interested in this, switching carrier and they are allowing you to use your own phone for VoWIFI, it's already confirmed that Samsung, OnePlus and iPhones support it, don't even seem to have the option on my Note 4 Global, would be great to have.

Thanks, I'm on the 7.12.21 rom that has the November patch that brought the horrific battery issues, I get half the battery life I used to get. I might update and see if it's fixed, not sure whether to wait until the double notification bug is sorted though.

This is a google security requirement and I'm glad it's on. You'll find most phones have it, including nearly all Android phones and every iPhone.

I'm on mido and 'Region' isn't listed in advanced settings for me, if I do a search in settings it's listed but clicking on it just throws me back to the home screen, any ideas? I had this on the last MIUI 8 as well (7.7.20). I'd really rather not wipe my phone as everything else works.

Does Wifi work on the Note 4 Global/Note 4X with this? The official China update was suspended due to issues and as this is based on it I'd have thought it would have the same issue.
