Have you tried to start in fastboot mode? If not, do this, test the connection in adb and install a fastboot rom,stable or weekly. In fastboot mode you can choose between first install oder update rom, but for you first install is important because of the errors. No need to wipe, this batch does...

Try it with started and connected phone over ADB, type "adb reboot bootloader". This will reboot into fastboot mode. Test the connection in fastboot with "fastboot devices", if a number appears, you can start with flashing.

I´ve found the solution in another forum: deactivate all network speed settings in WiFi, after this the initialization is fast as in mobile network.

When I want to use the dictation function in WhatsApp, the initialization in the WiFi often runs endlessly. If I turn off the WiFi, it works immediately and I can dictate.

It seems, that you have locked your device with mi flash tool. In this tool there is a mark set current on clean all and lock, this must be set to clean all before flashing. I think, now it could be only repaired by xiaomi. Maybe some users can help you in other ways or the seller has an idea.
