    Is your bootloader unlock? If no, you need to unlock it first http://en.miui.com/unlock/ If yes: Install twrp 3.2.3 via fastboot Boot into twrp Wipe -> Factory Reset Wipe -> Format Data Copy xiaomi.eu rom to phone, and install it Wipe cache/dalvik (Very important) Reboot

    Did you wipe cache/dalvik at the end of the installation in TWRP? If not, you can do it in TWRP under Wipe -> Advanced Wipe Then reboot to system

    What version of TWRP are you using? What method did you use to transfer the rom to the phone? In which folder did you transfer the .zip?

    I'm not an expert, but yeah my understanding is that stock rom + Bootloader unlocked or Root will fail with SafetyNet test. xiaomi.eu surely found a way to bypass that, as well as Magisk, if you need root
