Try to check Device Manager if there are faulty drivers when connected

I installed my drivers from MiFlash (https://new.c.mi.com/global/miuidownload/detail/guide/1) by selecting a device and going to the guide. It has a drivers tab or at the first start it downloads them all.

Has someone tried to clean flash the new version to see if it still fastboot loops even in that way? Now it doesn't show the new update in the settings. They removed the OTA.

New here, installed Xiaomi EU ROM around a week ago. Was paying with NFC on a supermarket 15 minutes ago and GPay said that the device was not certified, it made me pay anyway, I checked for updates and saw 2.0, I checked the forum before updating because I know my Lisa never had this update...
