Finally! Followed your instructions and mobile data is back. Tried it for a bit and I seem to be getting LTE. Will test further and let you know if something else comes up. Thank you very much. Any idea why those particular settings worked? What changed in the update to trigger this bug?

It is safe to say now that there is a bug regarding 7.9.7 and Orange network in Spain. I have seen at least 5 posts by different users across this thread. Any thoughts on this from the devs? Has anyone tried to install a non-EU ROM to see if the problem is still there?

Tried your workaround, but I still can't get mobile data after the update. I know that the two things are related (update and lack of mobile data) because I was using data a lot before I updated mid-morning. Have any of you tried reporting this to the devs?

After updating to this week's ROM, I lost mobile data. Tried to roll back to last week's version but no dice. My internet provider is Orange a(Spain). Have seen similar posts from other users affected by the same bug. APN settings are ok. I have a Mi5s. Please take a look into this. It is not...
