I appreciate the offer but there are like 100 tools you can do it yourself with for a few bucks. Better to offer some other services here like UBL if you can do it.

You can't EDL auth flash China devices anymore due to government bans.

I'm just concerned on the off chance this specific rom version is corrupt. Won't know until I try or someone else confirms.

Has anyone installed the latest peridot OS2.0.107.0.VNPCNXM_15 (2025-05-14)? Last time I flashed it with fastboot on my Turbo 3 there was an error and it hard bricked it. Now I have a new POCO F6 and I'm scared to flash it. Maybe I should try install TWRP first and flash with recovery instead.

Well that's just ******* great. No idea how it got interrupted, it's never happened before. Maybe a NAND failure like @xldon2lx suggests.

Updating from HyperOS 1 to 2.0.107.0 hard-bricked my peridot. Please be careful guys. https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/fastboot-upgrade-failed-phone-bricked.75591/

I was using Xiaomi.EU HyperOS 1 ROM on my Redmi Turbo 3 (peridot) for a while. I decided to upgrade to HyperOS 2, but the fastboot upgrade script got stuck. I waited 30 minutes then cancelled it. Phone was still in fastboot mode but `fastboot devices` showed no devices connected. After turning...

Not surprising, Xiaomi have officially stated it won't work. But it's possible to do yourself for free with the resources mentioned in this thread. $20 is quite reasonable though.

They might make it difficult to unlock Chinese phones now, but nowhere do they say unlocking it will void your warranty. Xiaomi has famously allowed unlocking the bootloader without voiding the warranty. They don't have a hardware counter like some other phones, so if you flash the stock rom and...

Thanks for sharing. How did you find this?

Maybe I'm mistaken, I recall reading something like this in a Xiaomi announcement when I was searching. All I know is the one from the official site gives an error, and when you try to update it from the app it sends you to a dead link. Once I updated to version 7 it worked without any issues.

I have the phone and unlocked it, so I actually know what I'm talking about. Not posting random links when you're new to a forum is like internet 101. I've shared enough information for anyone who wants to do it. In case you haven't kept up, Xiaomi is deprecating their Mi Unlock tool in favour...

That's not the latest version. You need version 7. It doesn't work with version 6 from the official website. Kinda weird to be sharing incorrect information like it's fact.

I'm not sure of the rules on this forum. And it could be unintended in which case sharing might end up getting it patched out. There's a PHP script and a settings APK, that should be enough for anyone to find it. The hardest part was getting the latest version of Mi Unlock because you can't get...

That's true but for whatever reason the Turbo 3 is an exception. There are some guides and videos about it if you search around (mostly in Vietnamese).
