Miui 12.5 can not receive MMS, Text Messages Stuck “Downloading” or “Expired”!

I have exactly the same issue here in Australia - did you ever get this resolved? I've tried an Optus (Exetel), TPG and Telstra SIM. No option for WAP 2.0, only IPv4 or IPv6 :(
