I had the same problem what I did is follow the second step, and waited day or two and enabled again rcs, give it some time to verify my phone number and it worked. Also check the permissions too.

for poco f3 users. does scrolling screenshot feature works for you? it does not work for me, and didn't work on the previous build. basically it creates standard screenshot when I press on the scroll button.

Well on my Poco F3 notifications seems they are broken. Literally I have to open Whatsapp to see the new messages. I have disabled battery restrictions and unfortunately that does not help.

Guys I am currently on Arrow OS 12 (Poco F3), and looking to go back to MIUI. Can I flash latest EU weekly over the Arrow OS, or I have to go back to stock and then flash the Xaiomi EU?
