I think I "solved" with this trick. I noticed that when the projector is connected to the 5Ghz, connection always drops while it's pretty stable when connected to the 2,4Ghz. So I splitted the signal and connected the proj to the 2,4Ghz manually adjusted on channel 8 and it magically worked. So...

Same problem here since 2 months after an update. Is there any news about this thing? Projector is totally useless w/o wifi working
