Unknown Notification On Lock Screen

Hey guys, last night I finally updated to the latest EU ROM. I did not delete the previous weekly ROM that I had (MIUI 7), I only installed the new one with the updater. Now I have a notification on the lock screen, and I have no idea where it comes from. It looks like a reminder of some sort...
