Not happening on my Mi4i with 7.2.1.0 stable

First of all, thank you very much for your great work, i've been using your ROM on my Mi4i for a week or so, and it runs quite well! :) Im here to ask if anyone has had the same issue I encountered today: Everytime I try to connect to WiFi at my University, I get force close on the settings app...

Im sorry if this post doesnt go in here... im interested in creating some themes for this launcher. Is there any theme editor or similar? I have seen some info about editing themes, but i believe its for the miui ROM, not this launcher. Am I right? Either way, any information will be welcome :)...
