I have found a solution: * installed WSM Tools, * installed "Alarm time fix" from within it, * added Calengoo and LightFlow in white list of "Alarm time fix" (in its settings). I have made reboot after each step (i don't know if it was neccessary).

An addition: in Calengoo there is a log. There stays such a lines: "Shedule reminder wake-up on <some date/time>". Corresponding to Calengoo doc's, on reminder time there must be line "Reminder wake-up", but this line do NOT appears in log. When reminder is set in same manner in CyanogenMod 10.2...

Is it impossible to make separate partition over internal storage for data, to format it with FAT32 (if it's mandatory) and to expose it as sdcard ?
