the battery icon bar still look like the stock xiaomi eu rom with percentage inside of it. it used to change in stock original MIUI but after changing to xiaomi eu rom the bar wont change. its annoying sometimes the percentage number is too small and hard to see

found a bug or more like a glitch, if you apply a theme the battery icon with percentage wont change. the only option seems to only show battery bar without percentage which is not a solution.

did you block Play Store or any Google app from using connection in Security - Data Usage? if yes then unblock them. if still not working try unblocking Downloads app too.

just updating, i looked at the description "Our ROMs features (Whats not in Global):" and one of them states Added 4k Video support for MI4C, MI4S, HMNote3Pro, HMNote3SE, HMNote4X but i still cant record 4k video, at least not from the stock camera app? i think its an incorrect statement?
