that's some bad news. and from what i read, there are no plans to support MIUI ICS on the HD2. this i find a rather strange decision since the HD2 is still widely used among enthousiasts (cfr. xda-developers.com). I believe you already know CyanogenMod 9 (ICS 4.0.4) is already ported to HD2. So...
