    Just flashed to my Mix2 but I'm still getting the dark mode bug where it constantly turns itself back on. Really annoying, but oh well. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

    Just curious, but will the Mix2 ever get update to 9.0 or is it forever on 8.0?

    You'll only need to full wipe it once if you're going to stick with EU. Though keep in mind you're going to need to follow the unlocking procedure first by registering a Xiaomi account, waiting the 3 days for the unlock, THEN doing all the necessary rom flashing & wiping
