Just download Google installer and then install playstore and other apps. I cannot post a link but you can easily find instructions on web. It worked for me. I didn't install anything else from your post.

I have tried to install twrp but after flasing I dont have any recovery-just fastboot mode. No matter what I want to do (recovery or fastboot) I always get fastboot mode. After that I tried to install rom via flash tools in fastboot mode but I received message cannot find flash bat file...
