I don't see any Mi 10T pro rom with Android 12 yet, at least this weekly. AFAIK, no one can tell you the answer.

Just update my mi 10 pro, everything works well and smooth so far. However, battery seems dropping at a quicker rate than normal (I also feel the device is smoother as well).

There's an important step before execute the bat file: put your phone in Fastboot mode first.

Try to factory reset and reinstall apps. My mi 10 pro works fine here.

Xiaomi 65w GaN charger has 5A 10V charging profile which supports mi 10 pro. However, on mi 11, I' not sure 55w is how much A and V (I'm guessing 5A and 11V), so if you use that charger, possible it just do the charging at 50w max (at 50w it's called mi turbo fast charging already)

Latest EU weekly rom contain a TWRP that can't decrypt mi 10 pro internal storage, the wzsx150 TWRP (both 0623 and 1206) could decrypt the mi 10 pro internal memory. If you are on latest EU weekly rom, flash the wzsx150 TWRP (either 0623 or 1206) to the memory and you are good to go. Next time...

What you did is called fastboot command, booting using the fastboot command means you don't boot the recovery directly from phone flash memory.
