If it's your first time to flash TWRP on your device you need to reboot directly to TWRP again and flash FED ( Force Encryption Disabler) otherwise you always end up in Stock Recovery. What is your current version? If your on a Beta build you can dirty flash. If your on Global Stable then clean flash with Format Data.
