How to install xiaomi.eu rom on Poco X3 PRO (vayu)

Yes, simply flash the new version on top of the current older system. Remember to wipe cache partitions but also remember to reinstall Magisk, as dirty flashing will uninstall it.

Did you format the data partition right after flashing the ROM?

can i downgrade from android 11 to android 10 mi 10 umi.. and then flash miui eu android 10

This device has ARP, which means that no, you cannot downgrade. Also, your phone is still functional only because you attempted to downgrade via fastboot, which has protections built-in to prevent you from downgrading - this is why you're stuck in fastboot mode after you flashed MIUI based on...

How to install xiaomi.eu rom on Poco X3 PRO (vayu)

Worth mentioning to anyone that sees these steps - flashing DFE (your 4th step) is optional, as it disables storage encryption entirely just so currenly unfinished recoveries can read the data partition. A security risk for something that should be fixed in the near future.

What phone? If your phone has Anti-Rollback Protection, you should avoid downgrading.

How to install xiaomi.eu rom on Poco X3 PRO (vayu)

Flash only the xiaomi.eu ZIP file and nothing else, and do not change any of the checkboxes that show up before flashing. If you still get the error, I would try downloading the ROM again, it may have downloaded improperly.

How to install xiaomi.eu rom on Poco X3 PRO (vayu)

You see those errors because this recovery isn't capable of mounting the data partition (and AFAIK, right now, there's no such recovery yet). I don't know about these mtp.zip and noverity.zip files, but as far as xiaomi.eu goes, you can ignore the errors. Just remember to *format* data (not...

Starting from today? Yeah, there might be a much better recovery to use by that time.

How to install xiaomi.eu rom on Poco X3 PRO (vayu)

This recovery should work, yes. ATM, all recoveries for this device cannot mount the data partition yet, but for the purposes of flashing xiaomi.eu this shouldn't matter much. The procedure is as usual, with one key difference - format data instead of wiping it, the latter won't work on this...

Ok, here's how to pass SafetyNet on this ROM on the POCO X3 Pro: 1. Install Magisk. Instructions (follow instructions for ramdisk/boot.img; you can get the boot.img easily from the xiaomi.eu ROM ZIP file): https://topjohnwu.github.io/Magisk/install.html#patching-images 2. Open the Magisk app...

How to install xiaomi.eu rom on Poco X3 PRO (vayu)

I would personally try this fresh build of PitchBlack Recovery from here: https://github.com/leeminh888/xiaomi-vayu-recovery/releases/tag/test1 Then proceed with flashing as described in the main MIUI stable thread
